The Role of General Practitioner

The General Practitioner (GP) will deliver high-quality medical care services to patients within their homes in Riyadh and Jeddah, adhering to approved care plans and medical standards. This full-time role involves assessing patients’ medical conditions, diagnosing common illnesses, prescribing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with the home healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations and assessments in patients’ homes.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans according to medical guidelines.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust care plans when necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and the home care team to ensure integrated care.
• Follow all infection control, patient safety, and regulatory standards, including those set by CBAHI.
