About the Role

Aventus is seeking a Group Head – Capital Management & Securitisation to join a leading regional banking group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position reports directly to the Group CFO and is responsible for leading the Group's capital strategy, securitisation initiatives, and investor relations agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Group's capital management framework, including annual and multi-year capital planning, capital allocation, stress testing, and optimisation.
  • Oversee regulatory capital calculation, forecasting, and reporting (CET1, Tier 1, Total Capital, leverage) in compliance with Basel and local prudential requirements.
  • Establish and lead the securitisation and structured-funding capability, encompassing the origination, structuring, and execution of RMBS, ABS, and portfolio-financing transactions, as well as governing related SPVs.
  • Lead the investor relations program and rating-agency engagement, representing the Group alongside the Group CFO at roadshows and investor meetings.
  • Provide advice to the Group CFO, executive management, and Board committees on matters related to capital adequacy, dividend capacity, capital raising, and major balance-sheet decisions.
  • Build and lead a specialist team focused on capital, analytics, securitisation, and investor relations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services within the GCC, with significant exposure to the Saudi banking market.
  • Demonstrated senior accountability in areas such as capital management, regulatory capital, treasury, structured finance, or investor relations.
  • Strong command of capital planning, Risk-Weighted Assets (RWAs), stress testing methodologies, and capital optimisation strategies.
  • Proven experience engaging with regulators, rating agencies, institutional investors, and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in executing securitisation or structured-funding transactions is highly desirable.
  • A professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or FRM) is strongly preferred.
