The Luxury Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to proactively address guest needs and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
