About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position. This role is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 0-1 years of experience. The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests promptly.
• Completing reports and sharing highlights of the local area with guests.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The Guest Experience Expert will also engage in hands-on work, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. The ability to perform these tasks effectively is essential for success in the role.
