About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactive engagement with guests throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met and transactions are seamlessly integrated into their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Taking initiative to offer a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
Handling operational needs efficiently.
Responding promptly and effectively to guest requests.
Preparing necessary reports.
Sharing information about local points of interest.
Ensuring guests perceive transactions as an integral part of their overall experience.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of experience in a related field.
Ability to take initiative and provide comprehensive guest support.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

The Guest Experience Expert role involves physical activity and requires the ability to perform the following tasks:

Being on your feet and moving around for extended periods (standing, sitting, or walking).
Engaging in hands-on work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.
Performing all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction and business continuity.
