About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to provide a range of services that guide guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Processing operational needs.
Addressing guest requests.
Completing reports.
Sharing information about the local area.
Ensuring transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.

Physical Requirements

The role involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required (0-1 years).
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
License or Certification: None.
