Guest Experience Expert

About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, non-management position focused on providing comprehensive services to guests throughout their stay, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Complete necessary reports and share information regarding local attractions and points of interest.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or the designated bell area.
• Contribute to delivering a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
