About the Role

Kayan Recruitment LLC is seeking a Hospital Services Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing and standardizing hospital support and hospitality services across multiple healthcare facilities. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Hospital Services Manager will ensure high standards of patient experience and operational excellence within healthcare environments. This position focuses on enhancing cleanliness, comfort, hygiene, and overall service quality across various sites in Riyadh. Candidates with backgrounds in hospital operations, hospital services and housekeeping, healthcare support services, facility services, patient experience, or hospitality management within healthcare are particularly relevant for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital services and hospitality operations across multiple facilities in Riyadh.
• Ensure high standards of patient experience, cleanliness, comfort, hygiene, and service quality.
• Manage and standardize housekeeping, linen, guest amenities, and hospitality services.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE, hygiene, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
• Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Lead and develop hospitality and support-services teams.
• Manage external hospitality and facility service providers and contractors.
• Conduct operational audits and implement corrective action plans.
• Work closely with hospital management, nursing, medical teams, and support departments.
• Support new hospital openings and the implementation of service standards.
• Contribute to budgeting, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular operational and KPI reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in a relevant role.
• Previous experience within hospitals, medical centers, or healthcare organizations is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations and regional activities.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is highly preferred.
• Ability to oversee and manage female staff accommodation.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working across multiple healthcare facilities, collaborating with various internal departments and external service providers to achieve service excellence.
