Role Overview

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions. This position goes beyond standard room cleaning to encompass the overall guest environment, contributing to a positive and lasting impression for all visitors. Experts are empowered to manage their space effectively to meet cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfilling guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking and maintaining housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public areas to established standards.
• Performing other similar duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience through maintaining clean and inviting spaces.
