The Role: Housekeeping Attendant

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness across airport lounge facilities, ensuring a professional and comfortable environment for guests. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities across airport lounge facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness of all premises, equipment, and service areas.
• Handle guest and operational requests or complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Maintain basic records of inventory and supplies.
• Strictly adhere to health, safety, and company-related practices.
• Conduct cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing across lounge areas, including public areas, shower rooms, back-of-house areas, and buffet counters.
• Assist in loading and unloading of food items when required.
• Clean tables and service areas after guests have finished their meals.
• Ensure storerooms are orderly and conduct regular stock checks.
• Deliver food, beverages, utensils, and equipment to service areas when required.
• Notify supervisors of any damages, shortages, or defects.
• Ensure proper use and protection of cleaning equipment and tools.
• Comply strictly with health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality operations.
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.

Skills and Attributes

• Attentive to detail with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with good efficiency.

Work Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires a willingness to work shift duties as needed to support continuous airport lounge operations.
