About the Role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join its operations in Makkah and Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene within airport lounge facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing across all lounge areas, including public spaces, shower rooms, back-of-house areas, and buffet counters.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of food items as required.
• Clean and reset tables and service areas promptly after guests have finished their meals.
• Ensure storerooms are kept orderly and conduct regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels.
• Deliver food, beverages, utensils, and equipment to designated service areas when necessary.
• Report any damages, shortages, or defects in facilities or equipment to supervisors.
• Ensure the proper use and protection of all cleaning equipment and tools.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and patiently.
• Strictly comply with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain basic records of inventory and supplies.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and company-related practices.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• A basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrated attentiveness to detail, coupled with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Willingness to work shift duties as required by operational needs.
• Experience level: 0-1 years in a relevant field.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based within airport facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically covering locations in Makkah and Jeddah. The role requires flexibility to work various shift duties to support 24/7 airport operations.
