About RAWAJ and the Role

RAWAJ, a leading investment and business group operating across multiple sectors in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an HR Executive to join its Corporate HR team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to a dynamic human resources function within a corporate environment.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the overall Human Resources function. This involves managing various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. The role ensures the smooth execution of daily HR processes and full adherence to Saudi Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Oversee HR operations through government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad, and support Iqama and visa-related processes.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, attendance records, and other HR administrative activities.
  • Handle employee relations, respond to HR inquiries, and support performance management initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports, manpower reports, and HR dashboards.
  • Liaise with Public Relations Officers (PROs) and government authorities regarding HR-related requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of professional experience in a human resources role.
  • CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is considered a plus.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
  • Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
