The Role: HSE Lead - Mining

Wood is seeking an HSE Lead - Mining to join its Projects business. This full-time position is initially based in one of Wood's offices in Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Following this initial phase, the role will transition to a site-based assignment within Saudi Arabia, operating on an 8/2 rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the Projects business in all aspects related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures across projects.
• Contribute to delivering safe and predictable outcomes for clients.
• Work within a global framework to support resilient operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 year in a relevant field.

Work Environment and Location

This role is a full-time position. The initial phase will be office-based in Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Al Jubail. Subsequently, the role will require mobilization to a site-based assignment within Saudi Arabia, operating on an 8/2 rotation.
