The Role of HSE Section Head

EVA Pharma is seeking an HSE Section Head to lead Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives. This full-time position is based in Hawtat Sudair, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture within the organization. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Lead risk assessments and safety audits, providing guidance on best practices to enhance workplace safety.
Conduct HSE training programs for employees and management, ensuring awareness of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Monitor compliance and performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
Stay updated on evolving HSE regulations and industry trends to maintain compliance and enhance safety practices.
Manage and lead incident investigations, analyzing data to prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing HSE programs and leading teams.
Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
