About the Role

This is a key role focused on partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions. The position emphasizes critical areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organisational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on employee relations matters, people management strategies, and HR best practices.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance-related issues.
• Drive initiatives focused on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Support employee engagement, retention efforts, and organisational change processes.
• Deliver HR policies and initiatives, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
• Utilise people data and insights to inform and support strategic business decisions.
• Coach and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Saudi National with 5-10 years of proven experience in employee relations and HR business partnering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases effectively.
• Experience in driving performance management, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Familiarity with Saudi Labour Law and its practical application in HR policies and initiatives.
