About Chedid Insurance Brokers Saudi Arabia and the Role

Chedid Insurance Brokers Saudi Arabia, a key entity within the extensive Chedid Insurance Brokers Network, is seeking a Human Resources Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for supporting the company's continued growth and operational excellence within the Kingdom. The network itself spans over 43 cities across the Levant, GCC, Africa, and Europe, serving over 17,000 clients through eight subsidiaries.

Role Overview

As a strategic business partner, the Human Resources Manager will lead the Human Resources and Administration functions for Chedid Insurance Brokers Saudi Arabia. This role is instrumental in translating business priorities into effective people strategies, advancing talent acquisition and development, fostering employee engagement, and strengthening overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead manpower planning and workforce analysis to anticipate future needs.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure alignment between staffing needs, succession planning, and business growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Implement training needs analysis and partner with specialized professionals to deliver employee training.
  • Organize cross-exposure opportunities between entities.
  • Monitor onboarding quality to ensure smooth integration, including medical insurance and welcome kits.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal governance standards.
  • Provide advisory support to management on HR and people-related issues.
  • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly.
  • Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Improve clarity and efficiency in internal communication processes.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for senior management and regulators as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors on HR and admin-related audits.
  • Manage all HR-related government requirements, portals, and systems (ERP, GR).
  • Oversee office administrative tasks, including office services, travel arrangements, and quotations.
  • Manage procurement for specific categories such as travel and training, ensuring compliance with the three-quotation rule.
  • Implement digital tools like HRIS and e-records to improve efficiency.
  • Benchmark HR and administrative practices and propose enhancements.

Required Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and internal governance standards.
  • Proficiency in managing HR systems (ERP, GR, HRIS) and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, advisory, and conflict resolution skills.
