The Role of Human Resources Specialist

XPL Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and supporting employee needs. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure new hires are set up, compliant, and productive from their first day.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, HR requests, and general support.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Handle offboarding processes, including resignations, clearances, final settlements, and exit documentation.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with Saudi Labor Law, government platform requirements (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad), and internal company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and comprehensive HR documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a human resources role.
