The Role of ILS System & Infra Project Manager

Alstom is seeking a full-time ILS System & Infra Project Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves applying expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) within the rail sector. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and delivering ILS activities for the Riyadh Line 2 Extension Project, working collaboratively with various internal teams, customers, and consortium partners to ensure contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the development and implementation of ILS and LSA methodologies.
• Managing the Transfer of Technology (ToT) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) training processes.
• Ensuring all deliverables are coherent, timely, and aligned with project objectives.
• Coordinating ILS activities across Alstom’s System and Infrastructure scope for the Riyadh Line 2 Extension Project.
• Ensuring all contributors and stakeholders fulfill ILS contractual obligations.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for ILS System and Infra scope activities.
• Planning and coordinating Operations and Maintenance Training with project partners and the Employer.
• Analyzing requirements and identifying risks associated with the ILS scope.
• Coordinating the production and review of ILS and training deliverables.
• Ensuring quality, cost, and time delivery targets are met.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to integrate ILS requirements into material design.
• Drafting and maintaining management plans, processes, and procedures for ILS and Training activities.
• Monitoring progress and proposing recovery plans as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience or understanding of rail systems, particularly metro systems.
• Knowledge of railway maintenance, including Maintenance Management Systems (MMS).
• Familiarity with operations and maintenance environments, documentation, and training coordination.
• A strong understanding of spare parts and tools definition.
