This full-time position is designed to support the growth of restaurant partners within a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for partner development.

Role Overview

The Incubation Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with restaurant partners, identifying growth opportunities, and driving campaigns to enhance their performance. This includes improving order volume, increasing revenue, and optimizing day-to-day operations for partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate relationships with restaurant partners.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities for partners.
• Develop and execute campaigns to support partner objectives.
• Monitor partner performance, focusing on increasing orders and revenue.
• Provide guidance to improve partners' day-to-day operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or E-commerce.
• Experience within FoodTech, F&B, hospitality, or online delivery sectors.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

Required Skills

• Possess a commercial mindset with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards.
• Proactive, hands-on, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
