The Role: Channel Partner Development (Non-CCTV Products)

Hikvision MEA is seeking a Channel Partner Development professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on expanding our non-CCTV product channels, including fire alarm systems, barrier gates, video intercoms, and other related products. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Establish new channel partners and manage the onboarding process.
Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
Engage with sub-dealers to assess product needs, address commercial and technical issues, and provide resolutions.
Coordinate with partners to develop and implement business plans aimed at achieving sales targets.
Stay informed about market developments and competitor activities.
Collaborate with sales teams within channel partners to provide appropriate training and guidance.
Conduct regular meetings with counterparts in partner organizations.
Prepare monthly reports on sales KPIs for channel partners.
Work towards sales and revenue targets established by the Sales Director or Country Manager.
Address customer service issues raised by channel partners.
Identify and approach new potential channel partners.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract terms into business operations.
Maintain up-to-date job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications specific to the industry, and personal networks to stay current with the latest technologies.
Develop new channels for non-CCTV products, including fire alarms, barrier gates, video intercoms, and other related solutions.
Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
