The Role of Insurance Specialist

HRGF Company is seeking an Insurance Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing insurance policies related to the company’s engineering and contracting activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting company interests through effective insurance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing insurance policies related to engineering and contracting activities.
• Reviewing coverage terms and monitoring policy renewals.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant insurance regulations.
• Liaising with insurance brokers and providers.
• Negotiating policy conditions.
• Supporting claims handling processes.

Daily Tasks

• Analyzing risks associated with company operations.
• Preparing necessary insurance documentation.
• Maintaining accurate insurance records.
• Providing guidance to internal stakeholders on insurance-related matters.
• Responding to insurance inquiries.
• Supporting internal audits related to insurance.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of insurance processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in insurance management, preferably within the engineering or contracting sectors. The ability to understand complex policy terms and negotiate effectively is essential.

Work Location
