The Role of Insurance Specialist

The Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. This role is central to managing insurance policies and coverage for the company’s engineering and contracting projects. The specialist will be responsible for reviewing contracts, assessing risk exposure, and coordinating appropriate insurance solutions to ensure comprehensive coverage and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with insurance providers and brokers to secure optimal coverage.
• Prepare and process all necessary insurance documentation.
• Track policy renewals and manage policy lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with relevant insurance and financial regulations.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding insurance matters.
• Support claims handling processes.
• Provide guidance to project teams on insurance requirements and best practices.
• Maintain accurate insurance records and generate reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in an insurance-related role.
