Investment Director, Real Estate

Senna is seeking an Investment Director, Real Estate to join its capital formation team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on leading fundraising efforts for real estate investment strategies across Saudi Arabia and extending to broader GCC markets.

Role Overview

This is a senior individual contributor role within the capital formation team. The core mandate involves building and converting a network of family offices, multi-family offices, and semi-institutionalised investors into committed capital for various real estate investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital raising activity in Saudi Arabia as the primary market, with secondary coverage across the wider GCC region.
• Target and develop relationships with family offices, multi-family offices, and semi-institutionalised investors, managing typical ticket sizes ranging from $2 million to $20 million.
• Support larger institutional mandates where appropriate, with tickets typically at $50 million and above, as a secondary focus.
• Build and maintain a high-quality investor pipeline, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
• Represent the capital formation team's real estate investment strategies to sophisticated regional investors.
• Collaborate with internal investment and product teams to ensure accurate and compelling investor communications.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in fundraising, particularly within real estate investment strategies. This role requires a proven ability to build and manage investor relationships, specifically with family offices, multi-family offices, and semi-institutionalised investors. Strong communication and sales cycle management skills are essential for success in this senior position.
