About the Role

Tuwaiq Academy is seeking an IOS Instructor to guide learners through their iOS development journey. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on developing strong engineering judgment, technical skills, and confidence in Apple ecosystem developers through Challenge-Based Learning.

Role Overview

The IOS Instructor provides technical mentorship, curriculum support, and hands-on feedback. The role involves supporting learners in iOS projects and technical challenges, ensuring they develop robust problem-solving abilities and high-quality coding practices within the Apple development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guide learners through iOS projects and technical challenges, providing support for development, debugging, testing, and problem-solving.
Provide technical feedback and conduct code reviews to enhance code quality, engineering practices, and technical decision-making.
Facilitate technical workshops, coding sessions, and hands-on activities covering Swift, SwiftUI, SwiftData, testing, debugging, architecture, and other Apple technologies.
Develop and support technical curriculum aligned with iOS development competencies and the Academy’s learning objectives.
Offer personalized mentoring and utilize coaching techniques to assist learners in investigating problems, evaluating solutions, and building independent technical judgment.
Participate in technical reviews, project evaluations, demos, and events, while continuously improving mentoring approaches and technical learning content.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2–5 years of hands-on experience building and shipping iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
Strong knowledge of SwiftData, software architecture, testing, debugging, and Git.
Familiarity with the Apple developer ecosystem, including Xcode, TestFlight, App Store guidelines, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Agile practices, and emerging Apple technologies.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and guide learners toward independent technical decisions.
