About Neoleap

Neoleap is seeking an IT Application Support Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on providing advanced support for IT applications.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver advanced support for IT applications, ensuring operational excellence and efficiently resolving complex issues. The expert will play a key role in maintaining application stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for junior support staff to enhance team capabilities.
Develop Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreements for application-related services, ensuring clear performance standards.
Proactively monitor applications for potential vulnerabilities and performance issues.
Collaborate with developers on bug fixes and updates to improve application functionality and stability.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT application support.
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues and ensure operational continuity.

Work Environment
