The Role of IT Associate

As an IT Associate, you will ensure the smooth operation of all devices, systems, and accounts within the company. This full-time role involves supporting end-to-end IT operations, collaborating with operations, product, and engineering teams to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient internal technology. The position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the company's internal technology stack and business applications.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and access reviews.
• Oversee software licenses, subscription renewals, IT vendors, and IT procurement.
• Accurately track technology assets, including laptops, monitors, and other equipment.
• Coordinate device setup, maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Resolve day-to-day technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date IT documentation, asset records, and processes.
• Collaborate with the Finance department on IT invoices, budgets, and procurement.
• Improve internal IT operations through automation and standardization initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in an IT support or related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT operations and support internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking assets and managing documentation.
