The IT Co-op Trainee Role

Richemont is seeking an IT Co-op Trainee to join the team in Riyadh. This internship role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to gain practical experience in IT support, network monitoring, and cybersecurity within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the organization’s local network topology, setup, and infrastructure.
• Perform routine network monitoring tasks for office and boutique environments to ensure high uptime and early issue detection.
• Understand and adhere to the organization’s cybersecurity standards.
• Design and create simplified, engaging "one-pager" guides on cybersecurity best practices for users in the KSA market.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, network, and operating system issues for local users.
• Configure, image, and set up laptops and workstations for new hires and hardware refreshes according to company standards.
• Monitor, log, and update IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing (VC) setups in collaborative spaces, ensuring meeting room technology is fully functional.
• Assist in enrolling, configuring, and managing corporate mobile phones.
• Support the updating of internal IT knowledge base articles and user guides.

Experience and Work Type

This role is an Internship designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. It provides a structured environment for learning and applying IT skills in a corporate setting.
