IT Project Manager

About the Role

Nozom is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on leading the end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects, ensuring successful execution within defined scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in IT project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, identify and mitigate risks, and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and various stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Track project progress and ensure all activities align with business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports and present project updates to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• PMP certification is required.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
