Junior Urban Designer

About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Junior Urban Designer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the planning, design, and delivery of urban development projects within the region. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of urban design studies, concept plans, master plans, and urban development frameworks.
• Support the development of public realm, streetscape, landscape, and placemaking initiatives.
• Produce high-quality urban design drawings, diagrams, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct site assessments, urban analysis, land-use studies, and benchmarking exercises.
• Assist in the preparation of design guidelines, planning reports, and technical documentation.
• Support senior team members in reviewing design submissions and ensuring compliance with project objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, landscape architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

Experience Required

This position requires 0-1 years of experience in urban design or a related field. Candidates should demonstrate motivation and talent in supporting urban development projects.
