About the Role

Procapita Group is seeking a Key Account Manager Food Service to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on managing and expanding key accounts within the Food Service sector across KSA, with a specific emphasis on chain accounts. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key and chain accounts to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct regular business reviews, assess account performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and value-added services.
Drive sales growth through cross-selling, upselling, and new business development.
Identify, qualify, and convert new leads within the Food Service sector into key accounts.
Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and commercial proposals.
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and Category Management teams to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with Marketing on targeted sales campaigns and promotions.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Monitor key account performance and provide accurate sales reports to the Unit Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, preferably within the Food Service sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience in developing and maintaining long-term customer partnerships.
