About the Role

First Point Group is seeking a Key Account Manager for its client, a rapidly expanding international automotive company. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role supports the client's operations in passenger vehicles, new energy vehicles (NEVs), and related mobility businesses. The client leverages strong R&D capabilities and advanced manufacturing expertise, with a significant global footprint and expanding operations across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.

Role Overview

This position is central to establishing and growing the client's presence within the Saudi Arabian market. The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in market entry, intelligence gathering, and the development of robust sales channels and dealer networks, contributing directly to business growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Country Manager in establishing and registering the local representative office or subsidiary, and assist with related operational activities.
• Collect and analyze local automotive market intelligence, including government policies, regulatory updates, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and competitor products, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct research and comparative analysis on after-sales service and spare parts operations.
• Support channel development and dealer network management to drive business growth in the local market.
• Coordinate with regional and headquarters teams on market research, business planning, and project implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in channel sales, dealer development, business development, automotive trading, or related functions.
• Good understanding of the Saudi automotive market, customer landscape, and competitive environment.
• Valid driving license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or international trading companies is highly desirable.
• Experience in market intelligence, dealer operations, or after-sales business analysis is highly valued.
• Familiarity with new energy vehicles (NEV/EV) and the Saudi automotive market will be a significant advantage.
