Role Overview

The Lead Account Manager will significantly impact the company by managing and expanding key accounts. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and contributing to financial success through strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen market position, and drive long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account plans aligned with regional strategies to drive growth through short- and long-term initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in major hotel brand accounts and allied ownership/consultants globally.
• Drive net new growth and expand the share of wallet for assigned global hospitality accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
• Collaborate with portfolio, marketing, and go-to-market leaders, along with regional teams, to co-develop solutions.
• Enable regional sales teams to secure opportunities for assigned accounts by driving strategic influence and ensuring pipeline sufficiency and improved win rates.
• Identify and close new opportunities within assigned accounts and track top global opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure consistent customer experience through solutions, execution (direct/indirect), and pricing.
• Implement customer success strategies to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention of Honeywell solutions.

Solution and Technical Leadership

• Understand Honeywell hospitality building automation solutions to drive consultative solution selling.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored integrated offerings with global portfolio, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market leads.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and continuously update competitive landscape knowledge for assigned accounts.
• Partner with strategic account customers on new initiatives and pilots to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) growth.

Global Contract Negotiation and Commercial Strategy

• Lead pricing, contract, and legal discussions, ensuring profitability and compliance with internal policies.
• Track account performance metrics and drive forecast accuracy, revenue targets, and margin targets.
• Harmonize contract structures across regions while adapting to local requirements.
