The Role

Ma'aden is seeking a Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions II to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves capturing the Statement of Requirements for various initiatives, troubleshooting current and future states of technical solutions, and driving work packages to demonstrate value across quarters. The Lead Specialist defines solution plans in alignment with Platform and Solution Architects and supports business unit delivery through site-based deployments and management.

Managing Solution Delivery

• Translate business challenges and troubleshoot site-based evidence to identify specific solutions.
• Interpret priority elements of solutioning required to meet Business Unit objectives for relevant technology domain(s).
• Resolve technical and integration issues that impact initiative outcomes.
• Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, and compliant with enterprise standards.

Guiding Delivery Teams

• Provide guidance to delivery teams, including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists, to ensure the correct implementation of solution designs.
• Offer technical direction, clarify design specifications, and provide quality oversight throughout the delivery process.
• Verify that implementations meet agreed-upon functional, performance, and quality expectations.

Supporting Domain and TechOps Initiatives

• Collaborate with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to define initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses.
• Ensure that initiatives remain aligned with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), value outcomes, and priorities.
• Identify and communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies at an early stage.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in technical solutions or a related field.
