The Place BC is seeking a Leasing Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an individual with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on managing leasing activities and tenant relationships.

Role Overview

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new tenants, managing lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves proactive marketing, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential tenants through various channels, including leads, proactive marketing, and networking.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and conduct property tours to showcase available spaces.
• Lead lease negotiations with prospective tenants to ensure favorable terms for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department, legal, and financial teams as needed to finalize lease agreements and address concerns or modifications.
• Oversee lease administration tasks, including documentation, rent collection, and lease renewals.
• Ensure all lease agreements comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing inquiries, prospects, and overall leasing activity.
• Utilize the CRM (Nexudus) system to track leads and follow up with potential tenants in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless leasing process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to encourage lease renewals and foster satisfaction.
• Address prospective tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, striving to exceed expectations.
• Assist in implementing cost-effective strategies to achieve leasing goals.
• Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adapt leasing and pricing strategies.
