About the LEED Coordinator Role

UCC Holding is seeking a dedicated LEED Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to integrating sustainability practices and ensuring LEED certification requirements are met across construction projects.

Role Overview

The LEED Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination and monitoring of all sustainability and LEED certification activities throughout the construction project lifecycle. This includes ensuring strict compliance with established LEED requirements and actively supporting the project team in achieving the targeted certification level.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate LEED certification requirements with the project team.
• Monitor compliance with LEED prerequisites and targeted credits.
• Collect, review, and maintain all necessary LEED documentation and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate sustainable material submittals, waste management plans, and indoor environmental quality requirements.
• Liaise effectively with the client, consultant, contractor, and LEED AP on all sustainability matters.
• Track LEED progress diligently and prepare comprehensive status reports.
• Support LEED Online submissions and facilitate responses to review comments.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability coordination or LEED certification processes, preferably within the construction industry.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating within a dynamic project-focused environment.
