The Red Palace, a historic landmark in Riyadh originally built in 1943, has been reimagined as an ultra-luxury boutique hotel by Boutique Group. It blends timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication, offering curated cultural experiences and unparalleled service. The Lobby Lounge Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and upholding high service standards within this distinguished establishment. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Lobby Lounge Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the Lobby Lounge's daily operations. This includes ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high service standards, and driving revenue performance. The role requires a blend of leadership, operational management, and direct guest engagement, while actively promoting the Company’s legacy competencies and values.

Core Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor all Lobby Lounge team members, setting performance standards and conducting reviews.
• Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and prompt handling of feedback.
• Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, procurement, and cost control.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, and expenses to ensure profitability, implementing strategies to increase sales.
• Plan and execute special events, VIP services, and seasonal promotions, collaborating with other hotel departments.
• Identify skill gaps and organize ongoing training programs to achieve excellence in service standards and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, F&B standards, and local regulations, regularly inspecting lounge areas for quality and safety.
• Provide recommendations to management for improving guest experience and operational performance, analyzing trends and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, standards, and service excellence.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and operational processes effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a guest-centric mindset.
