About the Role

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Local Club and Creators Integration Manager to support the planning and delivery of a major international gaming and esports festival in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Role Context

The ideal candidate will leverage strong relationships within the Saudi gaming and esports community. This role involves coordinating local clubs, content creators, talent agencies, and live-event activations to ensure successful integration into the festival's programming.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with local esports clubs, creators, talent managers, and agencies.
Develop engaging programs involving Saudi gaming communities, creators, and esports organizations.
Coordinate creator participation, schedules, content requirements, and approvals.
Plan fan engagement activities, including meet-and-greets, gaming challenges, and interactive experiences.
Track partner commitments, deliverables, timelines, and outstanding decisions.
Coordinate space, branding, and technical requirements with event planning teams.
Manage program changes and stakeholder requirements during planning and live-event delivery.
Oversee local creator and club activities onsite throughout the event.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in esports, gaming, entertainment, or major live-event production.
Experience delivering at least two live-event seasons.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi gaming and esports ecosystem.
Established relationships with local esports clubs, creators, and gaming communities.
