Maintenance Engineer / Facilities supervisor Reliability Maintenance Engineering

About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking a Maintenance Engineer / Facilities Supervisor, Reliability Maintenance Engineering to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring adherence to safety regulations, timely and high-standard preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement to achieve high equipment availability. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety best practices in all work, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance for FC assets, including material handling and automation systems.
• Act as a safety ambassador within the team and promote safe working practices across the site.
• Manage day-to-day engineering and soft services, including housekeeping and premises upkeep.
• Manage EHS and statutory compliance of FC, including waste management and hazardous waste management as per bylaws, and timely renewal of licenses.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including conveyor system maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance work and sub-contractors.
• Ensure implementation of facility systems checks through a computerized maintenance management system.
• Provide technical guidance for MHE and BB maintenance.
• Support technicians by motivating, providing knowledge, and hands-on experience.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, or Instrumentation and Controls.
• Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for planning proactive maintenance and recording reactive tasks.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance individual performance.
• Ability to prioritize and manage resources effectively under pressure.

Work Schedule

This role involves working a non-traditional shift pattern, which may include nights and weekends.
