Manager Residents Relations

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Residents Relations to join their team in Riyadh Province. This full-time position involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with the resident community, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively. The role is integral to fostering a welcoming and engaging environment that aligns with Qiddiya’s commitment to community relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate governance frameworks for resident feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Manage resident communication channels, including notices and information campaigns.
• Track and escalate resident issues, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery.
• Coordinate with various departments such as Housing Services, Catering, Recreation, and Facilities to resolve resident concerns.
• Maintain resident satisfaction data, conduct trend analysis, and implement improvement actions.
• Support resident town halls, meetings, and engagement sessions.
• Ensure thorough documentation of complaints, investigations, and closure evidence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience, with a range of 5-10 years preferred, in resident relations, customer service, hospitality, or community management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complaint-handling frameworks and service recovery processes.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse resident groups.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and various communication tools.
