The Role of Marketing Assistant

Skyworth is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting local marketing operations, working closely with the team on retailer training, content localization, social media, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights from frontline observations to the broader marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily sales associate training, including the preparation, translation, and localization of training materials such as product highlights and sales scripts.
Translate and localize marketing assets between Arabic and English (and Chinese when necessary), including product collateral, posters, POSM, training materials, and promotional content.
Assist with social media operations by organizing product images, videos, copywriting, and other marketing assets.
Support the execution and follow-up of new product launches, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities.
Collect, organize, and report frontline feedback on the market, competitors, and sales associates.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Marketing Lead.

Qualifications and Requirements

2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Familiarity with the Saudi market.
Ability to translate daily frontline insights into actionable input.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where the Marketing Assistant will work within the local marketing team to support regional operations.
