About the Role

Naqarat is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with a strong sense of content creation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The specialist will be responsible for managing and developing our social media accounts, starting immediately.

The ideal candidate will consistently generate new ideas, implement them efficiently, and analyze results to achieve optimal performance across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and trending content ideas.
• Write engaging captions with an effective marketing approach.
• Develop a content strategy that reflects the brand identity.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce distinctive visual content.

Planning and Execution

• Prepare a monthly content plan, including strategy and action plans.
• Manage and publish content across all social media platforms.
• Adhere to deadlines and organize work efficiently.

Performance Analysis and Development

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks).
• Improve content based on performance results.
• Provide regular reports with clear recommendations for development and understanding of KPIs.
• Manage interactions and respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Build strong relationships with the audience and handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
