Introduction to the Role

***** Clinic is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on enhancing our brand presence and engaging with patients through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in marketing and customer engagement, with a preference for a background in dental clinic or healthcare facility marketing.

Role Purpose and Context

The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the marketing department's workflow and ensuring a consistent, professional brand experience for our patients. This position involves monitoring campaign performance, coordinating with clinical staff, and supporting management in achieving marketing objectives while adhering to quality standards and patient privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the workflow of the Marketing Department to ensure a professional brand experience.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
Coordinate with dentists and nursing staff to align marketing initiatives with clinic operations.
Support the Branch Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve branch objectives.
Ensure marketing content and campaigns comply with quality standards and patient privacy regulations.
Contribute to resolving daily marketing and promotional issues, providing recommendations to management.
Promote a positive brand image and motivate the team to achieve optimal marketing performance.
Monitor social media presence, patient engagement, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing within dental clinics or a similar healthcare field.
Must be a Saudi national.
