The Marketing Specialist Role

BFL Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to contribute to marketing initiatives. The role involves supporting various marketing activities to enhance brand presence and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
Contribute to content creation for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
Support the development of marketing collateral.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including monitoring channels, engaging with the audience, and generating content ideas.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights for marketing strategies.
Assist in organizing and coordinating both physical and virtual events, managing logistics to align with marketing objectives.
Support the tracking and analysis of marketing performance metrics and prepare summary reports.

Required Qualifications

A degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
0-1 years of professional experience, preferably in a marketing or related role.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
