About Al Barakat Group and the Role

Al Barakat Group is seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for an individual passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce, aiming to contribute to the development of marketing activities, enhance brand presence, and support sales objectives across various marketing channels.

Role Objectives

The primary objectives of this role include supporting and coordinating efforts between the Marketing and Sales departments to ensure integration and enhance overall company performance. The Marketing Specialist will also manage and develop e-commerce channels and social media platforms, contributing directly to increased sales and the achievement of sales targets for the company's diverse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor e-commerce operations, overseeing content and product updates, and improving user experience.
• Implement and optimize digital marketing strategies across search engines, email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Develop and manage the company's social media accounts, providing periodic reports on performance and growth.
• Create, edit, publish, and share engaging marketing content (text, visual, video) across social media channels to enhance interaction and drive customer purchases.
• Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns based on targeted performance indicators.
• Analyze data to extract marketing insights and propose opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis to strengthen market share and improve marketing and sales performance.
• Monitor customer experience, develop customer satisfaction measurement mechanisms, and address complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies and external suppliers for the execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Collaborate continuously with sales teams and other departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activity performance and campaign results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an equivalent field.
• 0-1 years of practical experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salla, Zid, and Magento.
• Proficiency in analytics and performance measurement tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience in managing advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Specialized professional certifications in digital marketing are preferred.
