Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role involves leading marketing initiatives with a focus on paid campaigns, digital marketing, and real estate branding. The Marketing Supervisor will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support project launches within the Saudi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
• Oversee digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.
• Collaborate with sales and development teams to support project launches and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Supervise external agencies, designers, and content creators.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on real estate development.
• Proven expertise in paid media campaigns and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Paid Media.
• Experience in launching and marketing real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and lead generation strategies.
• Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is highly preferred.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives within the dynamic real estate sector.
