About the Role

Ejada is seeking a Master and Reference Data Management Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on implementing, managing, and optimizing enterprise Master Data and Reference Data Management initiatives. The consultant will ensure the accuracy, consistency, standardization, and governance of critical business data domains.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to support data quality, data governance, and enterprise data management strategies through the effective use of MDM and RDM platforms. The consultant will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and reliability of key business data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) solutions.
  • Manage and govern master data domains including Customers, Products, Suppliers, Vendors, Assets, and Reference Data entities.
  • Define and implement master data standards, business rules, governance controls, and stewardship processes.
  • Configure and maintain MDM and RDM platforms, workflows, matching rules, survivorship rules, and hierarchy management processes.
  • Develop and implement Golden Record creation, entity resolution, data harmonization, and record consolidation processes.
  • Perform data profiling, analysis, cleansing, enrichment, and remediation activities to enhance master data quality.
  • Support data governance initiatives related to data ownership, stewardship, metadata management, and compliance.
  • Design and implement data integration processes between source systems, MDM platforms, and downstream applications.
  • Monitor master data quality metrics, governance KPIs, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, data stewards, and technical teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data management objectives.
  • Develop technical documentation, data standards, operating procedures, and governance artifacts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance master data quality, consistency, and governance maturity.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management and Reference Data Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and supporting MDM and RDM solutions.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining MDM and RDM platforms.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to collaborate with various stakeholders and technical teams.
