The Role of Mechanic Supervisor

As a Mechanic Supervisor, you will assume a vital leadership role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all mechanical systems throughout the hotel. This full-time position in Riyadh involves overseeing and supporting the engineering team to maintain mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems to the highest standards. Your contribution is essential for upholding the hotel’s reputation for operational excellence and safeguarding its valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical systems.
• Coordinate and manage corrective repairs efficiently.
• Ensure prompt resolution of all technical issues.
• Guide the engineering team in troubleshooting complex problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and asset longevity.
• Ensure the continuous upkeep and functionality of building components, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Lead by example in maintaining a safe, well-functioning, and comfortable environment for both guests and employees.
• Assess technical needs and coordinate with external contractors for specialized expertise, ensuring work adheres to Four Seasons standards for efficiency, safety, and compliance.
