About the Role

Khidmah is seeking a Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on overseeing and managing facilities management and MEP operations and maintenance activities across various sites. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to contribute to our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Engineer will be responsible for a range of critical operational duties, ensuring the efficient functioning of building systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for MEP systems.
• Overseeing MEP operations across multiple sites and projects, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Managing technical teams, contractors, and subcontractors involved in MEP services.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must meet the following educational and professional experience requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management and MEP Operations & Maintenance is essential.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

The successful candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and practical knowledge in relevant areas:

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and general building systems.
• Good understanding of Civil Engineering works as they relate to facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations, quality standards, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with maintenance reporting.
