Mechanical Technician

About the Role

Al-Enjaz Company is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, encompassing both workshop and field environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, transmission, and diesel engine faults on various types of heavy equipment.
• Perform comprehensive overhaul procedures, including stripping, rebuilding, and testing major components such as engines, gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, and pumps.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance, including fluid changes, inspections, and replacement of wear parts, strictly adhering to OEM specifications.
• Handle on-site breakdown repairs efficiently and ensure strict compliance with all workshop Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A technical diploma or trade certification in Mechanical or Heavy Equipment is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with heavy machinery, including brands such as CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, and heavy trucks.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in diesel engines, understanding hydraulic schematics, and proficiency in using mechanical diagnostic tools.

Work Environment

This role operates in both workshop and field settings, requiring adaptability to various working conditions. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time commitment.
