About the Role

THC Consulting FZE is supporting a global healthcare organization in its search for a Medical Sales Liaison (MSL) specializing in aesthetic medical devices. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in the aesthetic medical device industry. The role focuses on providing scientific and clinical support to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

Role Overview

The Medical Sales Liaison will serve as a key point of contact for clinical and product-related discussions within the aesthetic medical devices market in Saudi Arabia. This involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, aesthetic practitioners, clinics, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The successful candidate will contribute to product education and support the organization's activities by providing accurate scientific and clinical information.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, aesthetic practitioners, clinics, KOLs, and key stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and scientifically appropriate information on relevant aesthetic medical devices and solutions.
• Support clinical and product education for healthcare professionals and customers.
• Deliver product presentations, clinical discussions, demonstrations, and educational sessions as required.
• Develop an understanding of customer needs, clinical practices, treatment approaches, and market developments within aesthetic medicine.
• Gather feedback and insights from healthcare professionals and communicate them to internal teams.
• Support medical, educational, product, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support the development and delivery of scientific and clinical training related to aesthetic medical devices.
• Build scientific credibility with healthcare professionals and serve as a key point of contact for clinical and product-related discussions.
• Stay informed about developments in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, aesthetic technologies, medical devices, and relevant clinical practices.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure all activities comply with applicable medical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Maintain awareness of competitor activities, customer needs, and market developments within the aesthetic medical device sector.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Medical Science Liaison, Medical Affairs, Clinical Specialist, Medical Representative, Medical Sales, or a similar healthcare-facing role within the aesthetic medical device industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Strong experience in aesthetic medical devices is required.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
